Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exploring new markets, growth trends, and customer needs.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service.
3. Strategize for growth by setting goals to develop and improve business operations.
4. Reach out to potential clients to establish connections and set up meetings.
5. Identify new markets and opportunities for sales expansion.
6. Assist the team in addressing customer queries, ensuring swift action on major issues and engaging relevant stakeholders.
7. Conduct weekly review meetings with the team, documenting meeting minutes for management review.
8. Represent customer and order-related issues in plant meetings and gather plant feedback on team performance.
9. Provide training and continuous motivation to the team, evaluating performance based on qualitative outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Designing, Textile Technology, Clothing Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, printing & packaging industries.
• Strong expertise in development, costing & pricing, coordination, and team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience liaising with clients and brands.
• Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting, and merchandising.
