Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in admission coordination, with a strong understanding of the admissions process and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admission Process Management: Manage and oversee the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about admission requirements, application procedures, and program offerings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission-related documentation, including applications, transcripts, and other required materials.
  • Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students and their families on program options, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
  • Events and Outreach: Organize and participate in admission-related events, such as open houses, school visits, and college fairs, to promote the institution and attract potential students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of the admission process.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and feedback to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an admission coordination role or a similar position.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and admission management software.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
