Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned area.
    • Create a detailed sales plan based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and company goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Team Management and Leadership:

    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual targets for team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns in the assigned area.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Monitor and track sales performance and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Take corrective actions where necessary to ensure sales goals are met.
