Job Title: Back Office Agent – Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Communicate directly with international suppliers regarding orders, shipping, and documentation.

Follow up on the supply chain process from purchase to delivery with accuracy.

Track shipments, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely customs clearance.

Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipping schedules, and supplier communications.

Support management in optimizing supply chain efficiency and cost control.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements

Prior experience in international trade, supply chain, or logistics strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
