Generating Business from potential clients.

• Undertake  cold  calling / Online Bidding ensuring  that  the  number  of  calls  meets/ Bididing  as per the target set by management. Target should be given by the managmenet 


•    Actively and successfully implementing the sales process: lead generation; credentials 

pitch;asking questions; solution pitch; handover to the management team.

• Interaction with the market research team for generating the prospect list and campaign execution.

•    To take a consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.

•    Developing and implementing an end-to-end Business Development Framework.

•    Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

•    Develop, maintain and apply a high level knowledge of company’s portfolio of services.

•    To be proactive and responsive to clients and prospective clients.

•    Accurate transfer of information from the prospect to the management.

• Make effort and improve customer knowledge, Company’s business knowledge by 

self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Educational Qualifications:

2. Professional Experience:

  • Experience in Sales or Business Development: Typically 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is expected.
  • Industry-Specific Experience: Some positions may require experience in specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, consulting, etc.).
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proven experience in identifying leads, generating prospects, and converting them into clients.

3. Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

4. Technical Skills:

  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales performance.
  • MS Office/Google Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and presentations.
  • Email and Social Media Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media tools for reaching out to leads and maintaining relationships.
