Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic marketing plans to elevate our brand’s presence, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. The role demands a blend of creativity, strategy, and strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and making adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Product Development Support

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new product launches align with brand identity and meet consumer demands.
  • Offer guidance on product design, packaging, and pricing to ensure consistency with the brand.

Sales Support

  • Partner with the sales team to develop sales materials that align with brand initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on brand guidelines, product knowledge, and brand positioning.

Budget Management

  • Develop and oversee the brand marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
  • Track expenditures and ROI to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and broader business objectives.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics such as market share, brand equity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

System Optimization

  • Implement and analyze systems to optimize daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
    • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting market trends and data.
    • Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
