You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients such as Wholesalers
  • Should be an expert in commodities trading specifically basmati rice
  • Should have import experience in Saudi
  • Well versed with the export industry - should have a very strong client database
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and negotiating commercials terms.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements: What do we expect you to have?

  • 7-10 years of B2B Sales experience in commodities specifically basmati rice in Saudi.
  • Knowledge: Business and Commercial acumen and understanding of Product, Pricing, Industry Standards and Compliances.
  • Has on going business relations with wholesalers at ownership or CXOlevel.
  • Industry Background: Commodities
  • Should be based in Saudi (Jeddah)

  •  Communication and interpersonal skills: Humility, Trust, Active listening, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation
  • Data-driven: Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, and taking decisions based on data
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a first principle thinking.
