Job Title: Business Development Associate – Leisure Holidays

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate to specialize in Leisure Holidays. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and has a deep love for travel. You'll be responsible for creating unforgettable vacation experiences for a diverse clientele, including retirees, families, and luxury travelers. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate and qualify leads, match clients with ideal travel solutions, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients through online marketing, referrals, events, and strategic outreach channels.

  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand each client’s travel preferences, budget, and expectations. Categorize leads based on readiness to purchase.

  • Product Sales:
    Sell a wide variety of travel products and services including flight bookings, custom vacation packages, cruises, visa services, and travel insurance—leveraging strong product knowledge of multiple brands.

  • Relationship Management:
    Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized service, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining engagement before, during, and after travel.

  • Sales Performance:
    Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.

  • CRM & Reporting:
    Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and sales transactions using CRM software and Excel.

  • Market Insight & Feedback:
    Gather client feedback post-travel to improve offerings and contribute insights toward the creation of new travel products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and travel booking systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in B2C sales roles, ideally in travel.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations, services, and industry dynamics.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.

  • Technologically proficient with a keen eye for detail.

  • Adaptable and empathetic, with strong problem-solving abilities.
