Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships within the architectural glass industry. This role involves client acquisition, sales negotiations, project coordination, and frequent travel to develop business opportunities in commercial and residential construction.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Relationship Management

  • Promote and sell architectural processed glass for exterior and interior applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, facade consultants, and contractors.

2. Technical & Production Coordination

  • Understand and communicate technical specifications with clients and consultants.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.

3. Price Negotiation & Payment Follow-Up

  • Negotiate high-value project prices, ensuring profitability.
  • Follow up on client payments within agreed timelines.

4. Site Visits & Client Meetings

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to generate business leads.
  • Deliver product and process presentations to enhance brand visibility.

5. Target Achievement & Business Growth

  • Consistently meet sales and payment collection targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

6. Frequent Travel

  • Travel regularly to project sites and meet clients in Hyderabad/Bangalore as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Strong background in sales and business development.
    • Experience in building materials, facade solutions, or construction-related sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools.
    • Ability to work in high-pressure sales environments.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu/Kannada is an advantage).
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Smartphone and a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for ease of travel.
