We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business acquisition and sales for our Project Management Consultancy (PMC), which specializes in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales skills, and experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Bachelor degree
Business Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, EPC companies, corporates, and government bodies.
Pitch PMC services for high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
Client Engagement:
Initiate cold calls, send business proposals via email, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve targets.
Maintain a database of prospects, track progress, and generate reports.
Market Mapping:
Understand competitor landscape, industry trends, and client requirements to position services effectively.
Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Real estate developers (e.g., Lodha, Oberoi, etc.)
EPC firms (e.g., Vedanta, BMC, L&T, etc.)
Government agencies and institutional clients requiring PMC services
Ideal candidates may come from reputed PMCs (e.g., Mott MacDonald, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Turner, etc.)
Experience:
8–10 years in business development/sales within the PMC, construction, or real estate sector.
Strong preference for candidates with previous experience in top-tier PMCs or real estate developers.
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and drive results
Proficiency in English, Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Well-connected in the construction and real estate industry
