Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports To: Branch Head / Marketing Head

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential markets and customers for pumps and related products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Generate leads and pursue potential customers through cold calling, networking, and order booking.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Offer accurate technical information to clients and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pump industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of pumps and their applications across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Salary Range:

  • 5-7 LPA.
