Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Mumbai, India (Travel required to client locations and office)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Salary Budget: ₹12 - 15 LPA

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Strategy:

    • Identify new business opportunities in the luxury goods and services segment.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to develop strategies for client acquisition.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and luxury brand partners.
    • Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of luxury services.
  3. Sales & Business Development:

    • Lead business development initiatives targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and luxury clientele.
    • Develop and execute sales plans, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  4. Interior Design Collaboration:

    • Leverage knowledge of interior design trends and luxury brand aesthetics to tailor solutions for clients.
    • Work closely with the design team to align offerings with client expectations.
  5. Travel & Client Visits:

    • Be willing and ready to travel frequently for client meetings, networking events, and business deals.
  6. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Key Requirements:

  1. Industry Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of luxury goods, brands, and luxury services.
    • Familiarity with interior design concepts and trends.
  2. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and impress high-profile clients.
  3. Personality & Presentation:

    • Possesses a great personality, is well-groomed, and has a polished and professional appearance.
  4. Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury segment.
  5. Travel Flexibility:

    • Open to extensive travel as required by the role.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in luxury brand management is a plus.
