We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in demand and lead generation within the IT services or software development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel strategies to generate qualified leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies using outbound methods.
Generate high-quality leads via email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, SEO, PPC, webinars, events, and cold calling.
Design and manage campaigns to create awareness and interest in the company’s IT solutions.
Innovate new strategies and approaches to continuously increase lead volume.
Nurture leads through the funnel using automation tools and personalized engagement.
Qualify leads and coordinate hand-offs to the sales team for closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity information in CRM systems.
Identify potential markets, verticals, and customer segments.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine targeting.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure aligned messaging and positioning.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT heads, procurement teams).
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, pipeline health, and ROI.
Bachelor degree
3–7 years of proven experience in business development, demand generation, or B2B lead generation within the IT sector.
Strong understanding of sales & marketing funnels, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Experience targeting global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East).
Working knowledge of IT tools and solutions.
