Build and lead a high-performing kitchen team.
Set up operations and implement efficient systems for large-scale food production.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of South Indian cuisine at scale.
Take full ownership of daily kitchen operations, leading from the front.
Innovate and optimize menu offerings while maintaining authenticity.
Establish strong operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality control.
Train and mentor team members to maintain high culinary standards.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other business leaders to align kitchen operations with overall goals.
Drive operational excellence while scaling production capabilities.
