Primary Responsibilities :

Chef 1: Specialist in Andhra Cuisine

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of Andhra dishes, ensuring authenticity and high quality.
  • Develop and refine recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and maintain menus.
  • Stay updated with current culinary trends and integrate new techniques as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in preparing Andhra cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:  Experience in a professional kitchen focusing on Andhra cuisine.
