Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile

  1. Cooking Responsibilities:

    • Prepare all meals at any requested time, including occasionally at night.
    • Cook meals for both the family and staff (currently 2 drivers and 2 maids).
  2. Kitchen Hygiene and Maintenance:

    • Maintain absolute cleanliness in the kitchen.
    • Wash all cooking utensils and ensure they are clean after each use.
    • Keep refrigerators organized, clean, and properly stocked.
  3. Daily Routine:

    • Wake up by 7:00 AM, take a bath before entering the kitchen, and prioritize hygiene.
  4. Inventory and Supplies Management:

    • Keep track of kitchen inventory and report items that need replenishment.
    • Handle grocery shopping, with the assistance of a driver and a set budget.
  5. General Duties:

    • Uphold strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Follow proper table setting and food presentation practices.

Contract Details

  • Contract Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance.
  • Location of Posting: Dubai, UAE.
  • Salary: Starting at 5,000 AED, with potential increases after 1 year based on performance.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience required, preferably international.
  • Education:
    • Graduate, able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
    • Specialized training in hotel management or as a skilled chef (e.g., sous chef).
    • Preference for candidates with prior experience as a home cook or working in a similar environment.
