Job Title: Chief Executive Officer / Business Head

Location: Belagavi (with travel to regional offices as required)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Business Head to lead our organization’s growth, operations, and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, proven leadership experience, and a results-driven approach to achieving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Set performance goals and ensure accountability across departments.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

2. Business Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

Drive business expansion and enhance competitive positioning in key markets.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.

Represent the organization in strategic meetings, forums, and industry events.

4. Financial & Operational Oversight

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Monitor P&L performance and ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Make strategic decisions to optimize costs and maximize revenue streams.

5. Organizational Culture & Ethics

Promote integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct at all levels.

Encourage a positive work environment that supports personal and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 12–20 years of experience in senior management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.

MBA or equivalent Master’s degree in Management (preferred).

Additional specialization in Business Leadership or Strategic Management is an advantage.

Languages:

English (mandatory); knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
