We collaborate with a dedicated investment advisory team and globally renowned wealth managers to identify and evaluate investment opportunities across public markets, private markets, global markets, real estate, and private credit. Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing private credit, real estate, investment cycle management, legal operations, and business development. The COO will ensure efficient processes and drive operational excellence to contribute to the continued success and growth of the family office. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of wealth management, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a family office.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Private Credit & Real Estate Management: Oversee private credit and real estate investments, including debt syndication and business development.
  • Investment Cycle Management: Manage the investment cycle across public, private, and global markets.
  • Transaction Management: Handle debt, equity, and capital market transactions with a strong knowledge of project finance.
  • Legal Oversight: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for legal teams, procuring legal advice and opinions, preparing and reviewing documents, and overseeing case-related documents and existing agreements.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage accounting operations, prepare and present financial statements, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and monitor financial plans and budgets for various business practices, providing insights to the Managing Director via periodic MIS/dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with statutory and internal auditors, external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Liaise with diverse stakeholders to analyze and evaluate project opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Monitor office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, lead advisory teams, counsels, and consultants, and conduct research, feasibility studies, presentations, reports, and briefings.

Qualification & Experience

  • CA/ICWA/CS required; MBA is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including family members, employees, and clients.
  • Experience in family offices or family-owned businesses is a plus.
