Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Regularly attend review meetings to discuss customer challenges and operational improvements.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with established policies and procedures.
2. Strategic Business Development
- Set challenging yet achievable goals for business growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research and segmentation to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives that support long-term business objectives and competitive positioning.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support business development efforts.
3. Financial Performance & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth by tracking revenues over time and identifying potential areas of concern.
- Analyze revenue sources, client contributions, and unit economics to gain insights into the company’s financial health.
- Focus on maintaining and improving profitability ratios by assessing revenue streams and managing expenses.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor working capital requirements to ensure the company remains financially sustainable.
- Ensure timely payments from clients and maintain strong cash flow management to support operational needs.
5. Customer Satisfaction
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying gaps between customer expectations and actual service levels.
- Ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, improving retention and loyalty.
6. Leadership & Organizational Development
- Provide strong leadership and strategic vision to guide the executive team and employees.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that aligns with company values and goals.
- Encourage professional development and motivate employees at all levels, promoting a high-performance environment.
- Spearhead internal initiatives to optimize operational processes, reporting systems, and internal infrastructures.

4. Strategic Execution
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management to create and execute strategic growth plans.
- Ensure the smooth rollout of new initiatives, policies, and processes across all departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior management roles, with at least 5 years in operational leadership.
- Proven experience in business development, revenue growth, and process optimization.
- Experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
