Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and processes.
Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
Maintain and update client information in the database/CRM system.
Follow up with clients regarding open positions, feedback, and recruitment progress.
Ensure timely and clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Learn to handle client queries and provide solutions under supervision.
Build knowledge of industry trends, hiring practices, and recruitment processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, HR, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Sheets) and CRM tools.
