Job Summary

A dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Manager is sought for managing end-to-end execution of BTL marketing campaigns. This role requires close interaction with clients, translating briefs into actionable plans, and leading internal teams for smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in brand activations, on-ground promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments.

  • Interpret client briefs and translate them into detailed execution plans.

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Develop and present campaign proposals, execution plans, reports, and post-event analysis.

  • Lead the execution of various BTL campaigns including mall activations, retail branding, roadshows, and product launches.

  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients and contribute to new business development.

  • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to provide strategic insights.

  • Manage campaign budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure brand compliance and quality control throughout the activation process.

  • Provide hands-on, on-ground support during campaign execution as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within BTL/experiential marketing.

  • Strong expertise in on-ground activation, brand engagement, and event execution.

  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.

  • Strong client presentation and pitching abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
