Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy Development:
- Define the creative vision and tone for all brands in the portfolio (e.g., Jerhigh, Wanpy, Goodies, Gnawlers).
- Develop brand positioning strategies to differentiate products in B2B and B2C markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content initiatives with business goals and market trends.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee content production, including videos, product ads, social media campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
- Ensure cohesive, engaging, and brand-consistent content across all platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and social media strategists.
- Foster a collaborative, creative environment that promotes innovation and high-quality output.
- Work closely with digital marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign execution.
Brand Storytelling & Engagement:
- Develop compelling brand stories that resonate emotionally with pet owners, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Utilize customer and market insights to refine strategies for stronger engagement and loyalty.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage multimedia campaigns from concept to execution across platforms (social media, email, print, web).
- Ensure data-driven campaigns optimized for engagement, reach, and conversion.
Brand Guidelines & Consistency:
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all content and marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and maintain quality control.
Data-Driven Creative Insights:
- Leverage analytics and consumer feedback to refine content strategies and enhance creative impact.
- Track performance through KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, CTR) to align efforts with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related field.
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in pet products, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (copywriters, designers, content creators).
- Successful track record in developing creative campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
