Job Description: Counter Salesman

Position: Counter Salesman (2 Vacancies)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their needs at the counter.
  2. Manage daily sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  3. Promote services and upsell relevant laundry services to customers.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
  5. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  6. Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.
  7. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in the laundry field is mandatory.
    • GCC experience is preferred and considered an advantage.
  • Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in English is required.
    • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Age: Below 30 years.
  • Religion: Muslim candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 1200 AED per month.
  • Accommodation: Provided.
  • Food Allowance: Included.
  • Leave Policy:
    • 75 days leave after 2 years OR
    • 30 days leave after 1 year, along with leave salary.
