Job Description: Country Sales Manager

Salary Range: 15-20 lakhs per annum
Base Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership Development:

    • Drive leadership development initiatives, including account plan preparation, execution, and ensuring quality service delivery.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet objectives.
  2. Revenue Achievement:

    • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned distributors, accounts, and regions.
  3. Sales Promotion:

    • Increase sales volume by driving sales promotions, campaigns, and contests launched by the Global/APAC team.
    • Ensure key benefits are communicated effectively to the end of the distribution chain.
  4. Event Management:

    • Organize and conduct large-scale motivational and informational events, trainings, and workshops for distributors.
    • Create awareness, impart knowledge, and build momentum for incremental business growth.
  5. Program Development:

    • Develop region-specific programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive sponsorship rates, new joiner activations, title progression, and leadership pipeline development.
  6. Business Model Understanding:

    • Build a thorough understanding of the business model and compensation plan.
    • Coach field leaders effectively on these aspects.
  7. Business Planning:

    • Conduct regular business planning and goal-setting sessions with senior and emerging leaders.
    • Track and drive performance to meet monthly and quarterly budgets.
  8. Issue Resolution:

    • Resolve field-related issues for primary and secondary sales to deepen market penetration and reach.
  9. Strategic Development:

    • Develop competitive business development strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
    • Ensure healthy ROI to make the business viable.
  10. Strategy Implementation:

    • Understand and apply Healy’s vision and strategies to the market.
    • Communicate and implement these strategies within the field.
  11. Policy Implementation:

    • Ensure consistent implementation of Healy’s policies, principles, and philosophy.
    • Safeguard the company's image.
  12. Performance Tracking:

    • Track key performance indicators for the sales team and take corrective actions when necessary.
    • Analyze key performance reports (Active member count, productivity, recruiting, leadership pipeline count, personal and team sales trends, etc.).
  13. Feedback Provision:

    • Provide sales force and consumer feedback to the Managing Director.
  14. Field Morale:

    • Maintain positive field morale within the region through inspirational leadership and recognition.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Specifications/Profile:

  • Industry Expertise:

    • Strong business sense and industry expertise, preferably in Network Marketing/MLM/Direct Selling.
  • Experience:

    • Successful experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • At least 10 years of experience in sales.
    • MBA preferred.
  • Communication:

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Sales Process:

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Pressure Handling:

    • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Travel:

    • Availability to travel on weekends and public holidays.
    • Frequent travel throughout the country.
  • Language Skills:

    • Knowledge of local languages such as Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada.
  • Location Flexibility:

    • No location constraints.
