Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and proactive CRM Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales conversions, and maintaining the CRM database to ensure seamless client experiences and organizational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  2. Track and manage leads effectively within the CRM system to boost conversions and achieve sales targets.
  3. Update client data accurately and on time while generating insightful performance reports.
  4. Communicate property updates and offers to clients through email, phone, and social media platforms.
  5. Regularly maintain and update the CRM database, adding new client details, property transactions, and other essential information.
  6. Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide an excellent client experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of property markets and customer relationship management best practices.
  • Proficiency in using email and social media for client communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of real estate is an added advantage.
