Job Title: Customer Service Desk Executive

Company Overview:

Yesho Tuff is a leading architectural glass processing company based in Hyderabad, specializing in high-quality glass manufacturing for commercial and residential buildings, especially high-rise projects. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Desk Executive to ensure smooth customer service operations and order management.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Desk Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, creating accurate Proforma Invoices (PIs), and coordinating communication between customers and internal teams. Your role involves order tracking, stock verification, ERP order release, and customer follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience from quotation to order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proforma Invoice (PI) Preparation:

    • Draft and prepare Proforma Invoices (PIs) based on customer specifications, including dimensions and product details.
    • Ensure accuracy in invoices by cross-checking drawings, measurements, and stock availability.
  2. Accuracy & Consistency in Orders:

    • Review customer orders to eliminate errors before submission.
    • Maintain attention to detail in quotations, order processing, and customer communications.
  3. Stock & Order Review:

    • Verify stock availability before issuing PIs and inform customers about delivery timelines.
    • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock information.
  4. ERP Order Processing:

    • Release confirmed orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
    • Monitor ERP updates to track order progress and ensure timely dispatch.
  5. Order Tracking & Customer Updates:

    • Regularly track customer orders and provide updates regarding order status, delays, or modifications.
    • Maintain and manage a tracking system for all orders, including confirmed and pending invoices.
  6. Customer Interaction & Payment Follow-Ups:

    • Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment reminders, and inquiries.
    • Maintain professional and timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Coordination with Production Team:

    • Work closely with floor staff and production teams to prioritize orders.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between customer expectations and manufacturing timelines.
  8. Maintaining Reports & Documentation:

    • Keep organized records of PIs, pending orders, payment follow-ups, and order status updates.
    • Prepare MIS reports and share insights with management for better workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, sales support, or order management.
    • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industries is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
    • Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Additional:
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving approach.

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: ₹2.16 LPA – ₹2.40 LPA (based on experience & qualifications).
