Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive – Import to manage and coordinate import shipments via Air and Sea (LCL/FCL). The ideal candidate should have a logistics background and hands-on experience in handling daily routing orders, client communication, and end-to-end shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Air and Sea import shipments (LCL, FCL, AIR) efficiently.
Follow up with counterparts and co-loaders on daily routing orders.
Update clients regularly on shipment status and routing updates.
Prepare CAN copies and send arrival details to consignees.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to routing orders.
Execute order requests via calls and emails.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to provide shipping updates.
Track shipments and confirm arrivals and receipt.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; handle general inquiries.
Prepare and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) with timely updates.
Share DSRs with consignees on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years in logistics (Import – Air / Sea)
Industry Background: Logistics / Freight Forwarding
Gender: Open to all (Male / Female)
Location Preference: Candidate should be comfortable working from Fort, Mumbai
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of import procedures (Air & Sea – LCL/FCL)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in email communication and shipment tracking
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Good knowledge of preparing DSR and handling documentation
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
