Job Summary
Looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales department, develop strategies, drive revenue, and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple business segments.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for high-value deals.
Align sales activities with marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Analyze KPIs, forecast performance, and report to senior management.
Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and conferences.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.
Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
