Job Summary:

A skilled and experienced Domestic Cook is required to manage daily cooking and kitchen responsibilities in a private household. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of local and international cuisines, with a strong understanding of nutrition, hygiene, and household kitchen operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) according to the family’s preferences and dietary needs.

Ensure meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and attractively presented.

Plan weekly menus and prepare grocery lists in advance.

Purchase fresh ingredients or coordinate with suppliers or household staff.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including all utensils and appliances.

Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.

Prepare meals for guests and special occasions when required.

Organize pantry, monitor stock levels, rotate supplies, and minimize food waste.

Experience Required:

3–5 years of professional cooking experience in a private household, hotel, or catering service.

Prior experience as a domestic cook is highly preferred.

Salary Range:

USD 600 – 800 per month (based on experience and skills)

Special Courses: Certification or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Safety, or related field is preferred
