Job Title: Estimation Manager

The role involves preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the company’s tendering and costing operations effectively.
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and related works.
Carry out quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.
Ensure submission of technically compliant and commercially competitive tenders.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
Support project teams in preparing BOQs, project budgets, and cost summaries for awarded projects.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for tender clarifications and pre-bid meetings.
Maintain organized documentation for all tender-related correspondence and reports.
Bachelor degree
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and construction methodologies.
Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Commercial awareness and a strategic approach to pricing.
Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on specialization).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in highways, buildings, or power plant projects.
Experience in the infrastructure or EPC sector preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software such as Primavera.
Notice period of 15 days or less preferred.
