Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Event Designer to join our team. The Event Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing exceptional event designs. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring seamless execution on event day.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning: Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and design unique event experiences.
  • Decorating: Plan event layouts and décor, oversee on-site setup, and manage the breakdown process post-event.
  • Managing: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating: Liaise with vendors and service providers, such as caterers, decorators, and transportation teams.
  • Delivering: Ensure all design elements and props are prepared and executed flawlessly on event day.

  • Creativity: Strong creative flair for event styling and design.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying on track with deadlines.

  • Time Management: Proficient in planning and executing events within set timelines.
  • Design Expertise: Experience with event design, prop styling, and spatial layouts.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry Experience: Background in the interior design, events, or related industry is a strong plus.
