Executive Assistant | Personal Assistant to the MD
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for
performing several administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and
prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and
interfacing with clients and other key stakeholders.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents as well as communications from the MD
Manage the schedule and appointments of the MD
Handling guest and visitors
Assist the MD in maintaining and analysing business information and data and creating reports as
per the need
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision/support
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Coordinate with our legal team and external consultants. Follow up, coordination with them.
Should be good at taking dictation and drafting.
Travel management: Booking flights (domestic and international) and Hotels, local travel
coordination, arranging Visas and travel documents, arranging insurance and Forex
Assist with personal tasks, such as bill payments, coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and
servicing
Provide administrative support for personal projects and initiatives
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and negotiations
Handle board meetings, virtual calls and offline

Job Description :

General :

Candidate with Minimum experience and any background/ industry will do.

Married Candidate is preferable but not mandatory 

Age 27 to 45 years.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Expected Qualifications, experience, and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Any relevant qualification like MBA will be a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs
and software.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi
tasking abilities.
• Exceptional data management & Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability
• Friendly and professional demeanour.
• Good drafting skills and written communication skills
