We have opening for Executive Assistant with one of the Group Company in Ahmedabad.

Job Role
The executive assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Director. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director’s office, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.

Job Description
Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive. This involves managing multiple calendars, prioritising events, and ensuring the executive's schedule is well-organised.
Communication: Screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence for the executive. Responding on behalf of the executive when necessary and ensuring prompt and appropriate communication.                                                             Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Meeting Support: Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. Taking meeting
minutes, distributing notes, and following up on action items as required.
Database and Information Management: Managing and organising documents, records, and files. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that information is easily accessible when needed.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internaland external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other executives.
Expense Management: Assisting in managing the executive's budget and expenses. Tracking and
reconciling expense reports and ensuring adherence to company policies.                                                                                      Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. This may involve both domestic and international travel.

Qualifications::-
● 5+ years of relevant work experience.
● Degree or relevant certification in business administration or a related field can be beneficial for this role.
● Prior experience in an administrative role or working with high-level executives is preferred.
● Excellent organisational and time management skills.
● Excellent in using various office software, communication tools, and technology platforms
● Excellent communication skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
