Executive Assistant
Job Description
Executive Assistant need extensive knowledge of the organization in which they work. You will need
to know who key personnel are (both external and internal) and understand the organization’s aims
and objectives. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for the post. Only
male candidates can apply.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, Business, communications, or relevant field

Roles & Responsibility:
ï‚· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
ï‚· Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
ï‚· Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
ï‚· Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
ï‚· Managing the Appointment Diary Scheduling, follow up on pending tasks, updating calendar &
address book correspondence, Checking Mails, drafting & filing of letters.
ï‚· Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
ï‚· Organize meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
