Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities for GDIPL’s woven packaging products.

• Generate export leads and secure global clients through market research, trade fairs, and industry networking.

• Establish and nurture relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and direct B2B clients.

• Negotiate high-value contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term growth.

• Develop strategies to outperform competitors like Rishi FIBC, LC Packaging, and FlexiTuff International.

 

2. Export Operations & Market Expansion:

• Research and analyze global market trends, industry demands, and target regions.

• Execute an export sales strategy aligned with GDIPL’s expansion goals.

• Manage export documentation, international shipping logistics, and trade compliance.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs officials, and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

 

3. Client Management & Retention:

• Oversee key international accounts and build long-term partnerships.

• Provide after-sales support, client-specific packaging solutions, and customized offerings.

• Proactively address customer issues to maintain strong international client relations.

 

4. Compliance & Trade Regulations:

• Ensure all export transactions comply with international trade regulations, customs laws, and country-specific policies.

• Stay updated on global tariffs, trade agreements, and international compliance norms.

• Work with the legal and compliance teams to mitigate potential risks in global trade.

 

5. Revenue Growth & Performance Monitoring:

• Set and achieve export sales targets in key global markets.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitive analysis for strategic decision-making.

• Monitor industry trends and assess competitors like Shree Tirupati Balajee FIBC, United Bags Inc., and Emmbi Industries to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Sales, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in export sales, international trade, or global business development.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, compliance, and logistics management.

• Proven track record in international sales, B2B lead generation, and contract negotiation.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to travel internationally for business meetings, trade shows, and client negotiations.

• Experience in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and trade software.
