Job Summary
Seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Gym Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, process memberships, and create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Oversee check-ins, memberships, and payment processing.
Schedule training sessions, classes, and bookings.
Provide information on services, promotions, and events.
Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Ensure access, safety, and security procedures are followed.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (administration/hospitality qualifications are a plus).
Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
