  • Prepare FIT and Group quotations for Australia travel programs.
  • Handle end-to-end itinerary planning and costing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and attraction partners.
  • Manage booking confirmations and operational requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of group tours and FIT movements.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for rates, availability, and operational support.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships across Australia.
  • Support clients with travel-related queries and operational assistance.

Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple quotations and bookings simultaneously.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Industry: Travel & Tourism / Destination Management / Australia DMC Operations.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Australia DMC operations.
  • Proven experience in FIT and Group quotation preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian travel products and destinations.
  • Ability to handle both quotation preparation and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

Knowledge Required

Hands-on experience working with:

  • Australian Hotels
  • Coach Operators
  • Attractions & Sightseeing Providers
  • Airport Transfers
  • Local Ground Handling Suppliers

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with prior experience working with Australia-focused DMCs, inbound operators, or destination management companies will be preferred.
