Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction:

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and potential tenants with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Provide accurate and timely information about available properties and services.
  2. Front Desk Operations:

    • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings, property showings, and inspections.
  3. Documentation Management:

    • Organize and maintain property-related documentation, contracts, and reports.
    • Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
  4. Coordination and Scheduling:

    • Coordinate meetings and property viewings with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
    • Maintain an efficient schedule to avoid overlaps or delays.
  5. Administrative Support:

    • Perform general office duties, including managing office supplies and mail distribution.
    • Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any graduate degree.
  • Experience: Prior experience in front desk operations or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure.
