Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations across all divisions and departments.
- Direct the company towards its goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of executives to drive major decisions.
- Foster communication and cooperation across divisions to maintain a unified organizational culture.
- Ensure employees remain motivated, productive, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Work with the board and executives to set short-term objectives and long-term goals.
- Develop and improve company processes, systems, and workflows.
- Analyze challenges and provide innovative solutions for company growth and sustainability.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct business operations to meet revenue goals.
- Manage human resources effectively, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist HR in setting up KPIs, recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
Fleet & Operational Management:
- Lead staff meetings to discuss updates, address issues, and find solutions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Manage drivers and oversee fleet operations, aiming to grow the fleet from 70 to 300 trucks.
Financial Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Manage the company’s resources within the approved budget.
- Present regular operational reports to the board of directors.
- Make investment decisions to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Commercial & Market Development:
- Provide input to enhance marketing strategies and target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategies to improve sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire.
- Broad understanding of corporate governance and business management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to create innovative solutions and manage diverse business functions.
- Master’s degree/MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) with significant experience in senior management roles.

- Extensive knowledge of fleet management and cross-border logistics.
- Experience in developing and growing a fleet-based business.
- Strong understanding of financial management, corporate strategy, and performance management.
