Mandatory Requirement

1.     Male Candidates aged between 30 to 40 Years.

2.     Holder of Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (ACCA) or equivalent degree.

3.     Full knowledge and experience of financial requirements for contracting and related firms.

4.     Fluent in oral and written English and able to write correspondence in English Independently.

5.     Work experience outside his resident country for a long period especially Arab Continent/Africa and willing to work in Africa on long term period.

6.     Minimum Contract Period of 3 years and can be extended depending on mutual agreement.

7.     PC skills, including a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Projects, Autocad and project related software.

8.     Take full responsibility of work irrespective of timings to meet required deadline.

Job Description

1.     Manage / Supervise financial portfolio for the entire group of companies.

2.     Regularly revise and improve the financial structure and system.

3.     In charge of corporate banking requirements for the companies.

4.     Regular scheduled updates on financial reports and budget to the Managing Directors.

5.     Overlook the following execution with the accountants – Banking, Accounting Software postings, statutory tax payments, payroll, sales and purchase analysis, creditors analysis, payment collection, timely follow-up with project team on valuations.

6.     A team leader Maintaining quality management and efficiency within the financial department to get maximum output.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices across departments.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage resources, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
    • Develop and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, motivate, and supervise operational teams to achieve performance targets and goals.
    • Conduct training sessions for team members to improve skills and ensure compliance with operational standards.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maintain high employee morale and productivity.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and guide professional development for direct reports.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify inefficiencies in operations and develop solutions to optimize workflows.
    • Use data-driven decision-making to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
    • Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Work with the management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Budget and Resource Management:

    • Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within set limits.
    • Track and report on financial performance, identifying discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.
    • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that staffing levels, equipment, and materials are aligned with operational needs.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management:

    • Coordinate supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and products.
    • Oversee inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing stock-outs and overstock situations.
    • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control:

    • Ensure that all operations meet customer satisfaction standards, focusing on timely delivery, quality, and service.
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain high product and service standards.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints related to operational issues, ensuring customer retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that operations comply with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Identify and assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial performance to senior management.
    • Use data and analytics to track operational progress, monitor trends, and recommend improvements.
    • Maintain accurate records of operations, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
