We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to manage a private home kitchen in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing healthy cuisine and salads tailored to the family’s dietary preferences, ensure kitchen hygiene, and effectively manage food procurement and wastage.
Oversee and manage daily home kitchen operations.
Prepare healthy and delicious meals and salads based on family requirements.
Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Handle procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Manage inventory and minimize food wastage.
Customize meals according to specific dietary needs or health goals.
4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in private residences or health-conscious kitchens.
Bachelor degree
Graduation: Required
Special Courses: Culinary or chef-related certifications preferred
English (required)
Hindi or Telugu (preferred)
Passionate about food, nutrition, and culinary creativity
Strong attention to detail and presentation
