Job Title: Head Chef
Department: Kitchen & Culinary Operations
Job Description:
Responsible for leading all kitchen operations with a focus on Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines. Oversee menu development, create innovative dishes, and design live cooking stations for high-end catering events. Supervise recipe creation, buffet and à la carte execution, and ensure premium food presentation. Manage and train kitchen staff, maintain hygiene standards, coordinate with procurement for premium ingredients, conduct tastings, and ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years (with 3-month probation)
Location: Pakistan
Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years in catering, restaurant, or hotel kitchens with proven expertise in Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines, buffet presentation, and outdoor catering.

Education Requirements:
Graduation: Culinary Arts degree or diploma from a recognized institute
Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory (Hospitality or Kitchen Management)
Special Courses: HACCP certification, advanced buffet and banqueting training, Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak culinary specialization courses
Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent taste palate, innovative with flavor pairing and live stations.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English; ability to train and mentor the team.
