Position Overview
The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency meet world-class standards. This role requires visionary leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing plants.
Implement world-class manufacturing practices, ensuring consistent high-volume production with zero compromise on quality.
Develop and enforce operational KPIs for efficiency, cost reduction, delivery timelines, and product performance.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead capacity expansion, automation, and technology upgrade initiatives.
Collaborate with quality and cross-functional leadership to ensure operational synergy.
Mentor plant heads and middle managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Ensure smooth alignment of supply chain, logistics, and vendor ecosystems with plant operations.
Report directly to senior leadership with full P&L accountability.
Bachelor degree

Desired Candidate Profile
Global mindset with experience in multi-plant operations in manufacturing or process-intensive industries
Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in senior operational leadership
Proven track record in high-volume manufacturing environments
Strong leadership presence and ability to manage large teams through plant heads
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and process improvement
Exceptional decision-making and crisis-management skills
Engineering background preferred; MBA or executive leadership certification is a plus
