Main tasks and functions:
1. Ensures:
* Sales targets achievement
* Managing subordinate sales team
* Improving retention of the sales managers
* Consistently growing sales volumes
2. Implements:
* Identifying target market segments, searching for new customers, competitors
monitoring
* Developing sales strategy
* Budgeting
* Auditing sales managers' calls, training them to improve their quality.
* Developing incentives scheme for subordinate team.
* Adaptation, training, motivation of the team.
* Development and introduction department’s operational documents (scripts,
regulations, training materials, etc.)
* Interaction with company’s marketing department, IT department and other back
office departments.
Regular and timely reporting
* Performing other related tasks.
