Job profile:

General Responsibility across business:-
1) Responsible for end to end employee life cycle management -Issue of Offer letter/Appointment letter/Confirmation letter, Maintaining Personnel Files, Exit activity, Acceptance   resignation, exit interview, Nodues formality, Separation & Attrition report. Also look through if the KRA set by the company is being followed.

2) Providing and tracking employee appointment letters, confirmation processes and letters. 
3 )Developing a healthy employee relation and maintaining a healthy environment at the workplace. Addressing Employees grievances timely and escalating it to top Management on time.
4 ) Responsible for learning and development of employees and imparting month training.
5 )Ensuring employee engagement activities and R&R initiatives are on place and has big impact on employee retention
6) Sharing of all payroll related inputs as and when required
7) Being the employee champion so that employee feels ease in reaching out and sharing any concern or feedback.
8).Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Recruitment of manpower at all level & on boarding, Induction,
9) Trainings & Development & HR activities planning per month  according to festive occasion or employees birthday for Employees professional work development.
10) Employee Attendance & Payroll-Running Monthly Payroll, Making Attendance Summary, Daily attendance tracking report (Leave/OD/Tour) , Biometric machine etc.

11) Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.

12)  Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.

 

Specific Responsibility for Aline & Bistro:-

1) HR activities in Goa & Bombay Alines and Backyard bistro Calicut. Ensure staff wellbeing / do periodical evaluation of staff .

2) Coordination of marketing / sales plans again in the above organisations, liaising with respective teams and ensuring all websites / google pages are working fine.

3) Explore new avenues of marketing in coordination with our marketing team for Alines  to drive sales and Also ensure to drive customer reviews on Google in coordination with local teams & marketing team.

4) Travel once in a month to Goa for a face to face (HR / Marketing coordination).Same with Bombay but once a week. Once in three months if required for Calicut.

5) Coordinating with supply chain & accounts for any issues.

6) Learning the dynamics of the business and continuously updating & upgrading that knowledge. 

7) Give regular feedback on HR / Marketing & Sales to the MD. 

8) Coordinating with supply chain incase of any issues 

9) Coordinating with accounts in case of any issues

10) Attending to contingencies if any.

Note: HR Admin Coordinator: Candidate will operate from Mumbai location only and candidate have to visit Goa branch once or twice in Month.. Client will pay for the travelling.
