Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 Years (Preferably Male)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per Month


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage key human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Conduct background checks and assist in the hiring process.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Ensure all required documentation and orientation procedures are completed.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Support payroll processing and manage documentation for employee benefits.

  • Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.

  • Track employee progress and maintain training records.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR standards, and company policies.

  • Support internal audits and statutory compliance requirements.

HR Administration:

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, report generation, and internal communication.

  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.

Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in rolling out HR policies and ensure company-wide communication and adherence.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support activities and initiatives that enhance employee morale, wellness, and team bonding.
