• Handle payroll processing efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR processes, preferably in the NGO or social sector.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Exceptional coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience: 10+ years in the social sector.
