Job Title: HR Executive

Company Overview:

A leading Architectural Glass Processing company specializing in manufacturing high-value glass used in facades and high-rise buildings across India.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations for 50+ employees, including blue-collar workers. The role involves attendance, payroll, employee engagement, and workforce management at our manufacturing unit.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations: Manage attendance, payroll, leaves, and annual holiday calendars.
  2. Employee Relations: Handle grievances, especially for factory workers.
  3. Workforce Management: Ensure manpower availability for shifts in coordination with floor supervisors.
  4. Compliance: Basic knowledge of EPF & ESIC is required.
  5. Security & Housekeeping: Supervise related staff.
  6. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to improve workplace culture.
  7. Administration: Maintain reports using Excel, MS Word, Emails, and WhatsApp.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  •  experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada is a plus).
  • Experience in managing teams of 5-10 people.
  • Smartphone and two-wheeler required for mobility.
  • Flexibility to adapt to company requirements.
