Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The HR Officer will play a key role in implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, and exit formalities

  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to ensure staffing needs are met on time

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with labor laws and HR policies

  • Maintain and update HRMS and other related tools/systems

  • Handle employee grievances and assist in fostering a positive work environment

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates

  • Liaise with department managers to assess staffing requirements and HR support needs

  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and suggest improvements


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Graduation: Any discipline

  • Post-Graduation: MBA in HR / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a generalist HR role

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

  • High ethical standards and professionalism

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities

Languages Required:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Working knowledge of Hindi
