1. Job Summary
The HR Support Staff will assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance tracking, documentation, and internal communication. She will work closely with the HR Manager/Management to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

2. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings and screening profiles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare onboarding documents and support joining formalities.
Maintain updated employee files and records.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track daily attendance and leave records.
Maintain leave registers and report discrepancies to management.
Support HR/accounts team with monthly payroll inputs.
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee database and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters as guided by HR.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordination & Employee Engagement
Coordinate internal communication and circulate announcements.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities or meetings.
Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
General Office Support
Maintain HR files, records, and office stationery.
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
Complete any additional HR or administrative tasks assigned by management.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HR/admin/support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
4. Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes (attendance, recruitment, onboarding).
Experience with HRMS or attendance/payroll systems.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Good understanding of internal communication and employee coordination.
5. Additional Requirements (Optional)
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
